I have a 2500 square metre, south facing sloped block of land and want a design for a house.
– 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms – needs to be non combustible material on the outside (concrete, rock, blocks, slightly underground etc) – has to include a small library room off the lounge – has to have a fresh mountain feeling to it
Just looking for something along the lines of this and someone to let me know how much they estimate they could do this for.
