Hello there! We are looking for a Sales Assistant to help with prospecting and selling work in our marketing agency – various tasks in prospecting, marketing, selling, closing work, particularly the coordination of those efforts.
We connect building product manufacturers, design/build contractors, landscape contractors, suppliers to the industry, and design professionals to their ideal customers using content-driven marketing. Our capabilities include website design, facebook/instagram ads, google ads, SEO, email marketing, and videography.
This Sales Assistant role requires a really organized, detail-oriented, and proactive person with strong interpersonal skills and get-it-done attitude. A team player, resourceful, and excellent communicator. Driven to exceed goals, think outside of the box.
Our marketing agency is split into two core branches:
1. Strategy and Sales (advertising our company, selling to prospects)
2. Delivery (executing on sold work, service).

-Help with planning, managing, and execution on efforts by identifying all the tasks that need to be completed, and then executing on those tasks.
-Deliver timely and remarkable communications to prospects.
-Evaluate and deliver work for quality, using a highly detail-oriented approach.
-Identify lessons learned that can be applied for future work.
-Research prospects – by company, or groups of companies, to identify contact info, personas, demographics.
-Work with data analysis companies.
-Identify efficiencies (we are not perfect, and love ideas!)
-Assist with, and eventually draft proposals.
-Design and write mass and individual emails.
-Manage updates on our website in regards to pricing, content, and creative (you will rely on a website design team member to execute this)
-Coordinate these efforts, for time management, strategy, level of priority.
-Work with facebook ads manager to deploy changes.
-Worth with the Delivery side of the company to provide client onboarding info for an excellent client experience.
-Potentially take sales calls.
-Potentially run webinars.
-Other sales related activities.
